Chicago Real Estate Jobs

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

How tough is it to succeed in Chicago real estate jobs today?  The market seems to be hot for some, not for too many others.  How are some companies failing while other companies are wailing? The key to success lies within the individual, not the company.

Where are there Chicago real estate jobs?  Chicago real estate jobs normally mean selling real estate in Chicago.  Most companies are looking for agents because they basically do not pay for them.  Almost the entire industry is made up of independent contractors, meaning that the agents do not get paid a salary.  Normally the way it works is the agent places their Illinois real estate sales license with a brokerage. Once they are with that firm, they go out on to the streets of Chicago and look for business, people who want to sell or buy a condominium.  Once they have established the relationship and begin servicing the client, the potential for making a sale is there.

If a real estate agent makes a sale, he or she is paid a percentage of the purchase price.  For instance, if the sales price was $200,000 they might get a 5% commission or $10,000.  This commission is handed over to the brokerage and then a percentage goes to the sales agent and a percentage goes to the company.  Every company has a different commission split.  On average, the agent will make about 60% of the commission while the company will keep 40%.  This is just an average though.  It’s different from one agency to the next.

Chicago real estate jobs are plentiful because every real estate company is looking for more agents to sell real estate.  The more agents, the more income for the agency.  The problem is not the job.  The question that needs to be asked is if you’re ready to begin a 100% commissioned based business where you do not get paid unless you make a sale. 100% commission are words that conjure up fear in the meek and excite the aggressive.  100% commissions mean you can make as much money as you’d like.  There is no ceiling.  Real estate selling can change a person’s life if they’re good at it.

Chicago real estate jobs are abundant.  Get your real estate license and interview the companies out there and start selling some Chicago real estate.  You’ll know about six months later if the Chicago real estate job was for you.

Hiring Real Estate Agents

Sunday, May 17th, 2009

Are you a real estate agent looking to join a condo company instead of the traditional real estate brand?  OwnACondo.com is hiring real estate agents for the Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and New York markets.

OwnACondo.com is hiring Realtors for part-time and full-time positions.  OwnACondo.com generates thousands of leads through a number of advertising campaigns.  They take those leads and distribute them to the agents that want to work the area the lead is coming from.  From the billboards it advertises on and the internet marketing they consistently work on, they literally receive more than dozens of inquiries every single day.  They dispatch these leads to the agents that work that particular area.

If you’re newly licensed or have been with a company for awhile but would like to find out more about OwnACondo.com, call Brian at 877.627.5543 or you can email him at BK@OwnACondo.com.

In addition to receiving leads of potential condo buyers and sellers, OwnACondo.com has the best training program in the industry.  There are training classes each and every week on a different aspect of real estate.  When real estate agents are hired by OwnACondo.com, they are immediately put into the hands of an experienced mentor and guided through the process of closing real estate.  If you generate leads you better know how to close them. The closing part comes from training.

OwnACondo.com is hiring real estate agents to help handle the expansion to the areas of New York, Miami and LA.  With the marketing programs that are in place over the next six months, they’ll need at least another 50-100 agents to handle the volume.  There’s an expected spike in traffic and closings due to the $8,000 stimulus tax plan as well that will cause a number of people to close in September, October and November of 2009.

OwnACondo.ocm originated in 2000 as a company that helped developers convert their apartments buildings to condos.  Today it’s corporate offices are out of Oak Brook, Illinois.  Today they are a full service real estate brokerage hiring real estate agents to help become the best place to buy and sell condos.

Hiring Real Estate Agents

Sunday, May 10th, 2009

OwnACondo.com is hiring real estate agents for Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and New York.  Currently they have over dozens of leads a day coming in that they need serviced. If you are a licensed agent in any of the mentioned areas and would like to set up an interview, please email Brian at BK@OwnACondo.com for more info.  You can also reach him at 877.627.5543.

OwnACondo.com is a real estate company focused on the buying and selling of condominiums nationally.  They are currently headquartered out of Oak Brook, Illinois a western suburb of Chicago. They are hiring real estate agents to handle not only the many leads they are attracting daily, but they are also representing many developers creating a need for working the condo developments.

Representing condos only is a relatively new concept, but very important in the industry today.  Most Realtors represent everything including homes, vacant land condos and apartment buildings. This dilutes their knowledge.  By representing condos only, the real estate agent becomes naturally the best there is for selling condos.  They are inundated with condos every single day making them smarter and a better agent for the consumer.

OwnACondo.com has nearly 100 real estate agents today that do nothing but sell condos.  Imagine listing your condo for sale with one of our agents and then they bring the listing back to the office in front of 100 agents that do nothing but sell condos.  Do you think your condo will sell faster in this environment opposed to a traditional real estate office?  You bet it will.

OwnACondo.com is hiring real estate agents that are not only full-time but part-time as well.  We realize that the part-time Realtor will eventually move into a full-time status once they get moving in the industry.  It’s just a matter of time.  We have the best training in the industry for condo selling by far.  There are well over 25 courses along with daily insights and seminars.  There is not a stone unturned in the training process with the OwnACondo.com Realtor.

If you have any other questions, please email them to the above email address and we look forward to an interview down the road.
