The OwnACondo.com Realtor has to get all information on the listing coordinated with the employee staff to get ready for the auction. The listing agent needs to conduct at least three open houses and handle all the leads associated with the condo or townhouse listing. During the real estate auction the agent is expected to be present and help with the contracts and hosting of the event. After the auction, the real estate agent is expected to follow up with the financing process up until the day of closing.
