“I like to say ‘While you’re at work, I’m at work for you’,” he says with a smile. “Not only will I always be there to answer your calls and question, I’ll negotiate your contract, I’ll watch for additions made to contracts that a novice wouldn’t notice, and I’ll handle your inspections, appraisals and all the other everyday details connected to your property.”

Chris works hard for his condo buyers and sellers. “I’ll feature your property on the OwnACondo.com website as well as on the traditional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com and other websites at my disposal,” he explains. “For buyers, I can also help you shop mortgage rates and I can refer real estate attorneys, if needed.”

“I’ve successfully flipped, rehabbed and rented dozens of homes,” Chris says. “I have a substantial background in foreclosed properties and I have also worked with short sales.”

Married, with four children, Chris has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Illinois University and lives in suburban Chicago. He enjoys reading and playing mahjong.
