Homebuyers looking for Chicago-area condos now have a unique option with Cornerstone, Evanston’s newest residential development, with its spacious layout of four row houses and 15 Cornerstone condos for sale.
Located at 641-649 Custer Avenue in a quiet Evanston residential neighborhood, the Cornerstone complex is ideally situated within walking distance of Metra and CTA public transportation, as well as stores and restaurants, nightlife and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. Just being in Evanston is a plus, located as it is on the northern edge of the bigger city. Nearby expressways make it easy for Cornerstone residents to to get anywhere in the tri-state area.
