One particular experience Katherine had proves that a knowledgeable Realtor® who is truly in-tune with her clients can have a positive impact on the home-buying process, sometimes in an unexpected way.
“I was working with a couple who had some very specific thoughts on what they were looking for,” she explains. “We had visited many properties together and then I found a place that was totally different, but I had feeling I should show it to them, just in case.”
The result?
“They signed a purchase contract on the spot,” Katherine says with a smile.
Katherine moved to Chicago in 1990 and covered the Northwest Side for many years until relocating to Naperville in 2006. She now helps condo buyers and sellers all over DuPage County for OwnACondo.com.
When not busy with real estate, Katherine enjoys staying active, with outdoor activities, biking and working out at her favorite fitness club. She also enjoys movies, spending time with family, reading and traveling.
