Ken is a man with a common last name but extraordinary experience.
He’s a long-time real estate investor with a Master’s in Business Administration and an auctioneer’s license, for helping clients who’d like to auction their real estate.
“Many real estate investors like to deal with a fellow investor,” Ken explains. “I actively manage several properties that I own and several properties for others.”
Ken is also an accomplished real estate marketer with an interesting advantage over many other Realtors®.
“For 20 years I provided estimating, accounting and document management software to hundreds of contractor clients,” he says. “This experience made me familiar with virtually all aspects of real estate, from plans to construction to sales, both residential and commercial.”
Ken is a strong believer in life-long learning. His quest for knowledge did not end with the M.B.A. he earned from North Park University.
“My car has become a rolling university,” Ken says.” I read or listen to at least one book per week. But,” he laughs, “TIVO has changed my life. All my favorite TV shows are on all the time!”
Ken’s pursuit of his auctioneer’s license came about because he liked going to auctions so much. “I’d love to auction your real estate for you,” he says.
A resident of northwest suburban Chicago, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane and their black Labrador Retriever, Smokey.
