Kim Alterini

Kim Alterini is a life-long resident of the Chicago area with a passion for the city she covers.
“I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs and I’ve lived on the north side of Chicago for more than 20 years,” she says. “I’m hard working, detailed and knowledgeable about the real estate market.”
Kim recalls with pride her very first real estate transaction. “I sold a $420K, two-bedroom condo in Lincoln Park on my first sale,” she says.
Before joining OwnACondo.com, Kim was a sales consultant who represented new condo developments in Chicago, showing property in seven locations. “I learned to build good relationships with developers,” she explains. Kim also sold residential real estate to clients downtown and on Chicago’s north side.
Kim is a marathon runner who has participating twice in the Chicago Marathon. A graduate of Augustana College with a degree in voice/music and theater, Kim has experience as a voice-over artist and for two years worked for a message-on-hold marketing company. She has performed with various pop music groups, an opera company, and she enjoys playing guitar.
One of eight brothers and sisters in her family, Kim is the proud aunt of 14 nieces and nephews.
