Off-site, he or she will conduct a market analysis of your local area and recently closed comparable properties. We will then return for a second visit to discuss your condo’s value and a marketing plan to get your property sold.

This entire process is free of charge. If we come to an agreement to market your condo and successfully bring it to closing, our fee is a percentage of the selling price. This percentage is negotiable between you and our Realtor©.
