Maureen is OwnACondo.com’s most senior and most accomplished sales agent. Her efforts through the years have been key to the Company’s growth.

She began with OwnACondo.com in 1997 at its very first project, a 30-unit condo conversion in Chicago. Since then, Maureen has set the pace for the entire sales team year after year, frequently earning prizes and company incentives for her performance.

To know and work with Maureen, however, is to understand she cares first and foremost about her clients and clients-to-be. Her network of referrals is enormous and the number of clients who choose to business with her again is very high.

“I’m a very dedicated sales person,” she says. “I enjoy meeting and dealing with people on a daily basis, hearing what they’re looking for and satisfying their goals.”

“I think it’s the long experience I have with the Company that has helped me do such a good job for my clients,” says Maureen. “My strength is 99% in condo conversions and I’ve had lots of repeat buyers going back 10 years. Many of my clients also list their condos for sale with me, too, when it comes time for them to sell. ”

One important aspect she enjoys about working with OwnACondo.com is that the Company typically provides a variety of price levels for consumers at the properties it represents. “I like that we give people the opportunity to choose their price range, from an as-is condo to a full model and various levels in between,” she says. “Too often, consumers have a price forced on them that might include certain upgrades they don’t want.”

When not out covering Chicagoland on behalf of her clients, Maureen enjoys vacationing with her husband and three children.
