Pam has completed more than one hundred short sale transactions, an increasingly popular method of sale in the current economy in which a lender is asked to accept less than what is owed on the property. The short sale process can be complicated and time-consuming, requiring a top-notch Realtor® to put together the offer and help guide the deal through.
Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in teaching. She applies a teacher’s skills and love of people to real estate, using her knowledge and care for others to help them achieve their goals of buying and selling.
“My priority is to make you feel special and to fulfill your needs as much as possible,” she says.
Pam loves reading, movies, sports and traveling, along with spending time with family and friends. She lives in Chicago and specializes in North Side neighborhoods, as well as Downtown.
